Rancho Markets was founded in 2006 by Eli Madrigal with a dream to serve the growing Hispanic community in Utah. Starting as a small venture, Eli's passion for quality and community turned Rancho Markets into a thriving chain of 10 stores.
From humble beginnings as a grocery bagger to becoming a CEO, Eli's journey reflects hard work, dedication, and a commitment to excellence. Her vision was to create not just a grocery store, but a cultural hub where families could find authentic products that reminded them of home.
Today, Rancho Markets continues to grow while maintaining its core values of quality, community, and affordability. We're proud to serve diverse communities across Utah, providing fresh, high-quality products at reasonable prices.
